Sex helps you stay calm. Honey?

OK, I don’t know how I missed this article for so long, and sorry if it’s “that’s so 5 months ago”, but it seems that sex really does reduce stress levels for up to a week afterward!

The New Scientist wrote about this in January… and it seems like just taking care of things yourself doesn’t have the same effect.  No excuses now, go forth and copulate!
