The two different locations I have worked at have scheduled me around my school, athletic, and other job schedules. They have never tried to make me come in when I could not and they have always been nice to me. The other employees (and some managers) I have met have turned into friends of mine. Several even went as far as throwing a birthday party for me outside of work. The pay may not be amazing, but the work is good. I have never had problems with completing my projects or freight on time and I am always offered help from other employees and management if I need assistance. I actually enjoy going to work everyday.
