ianiv over at blogoholics.ca has noticed a change in the terms and conditions at Youtube and pulled all of his videos off the site.  Youtube’s new terms appear to make uploading your video assign them the right to essentially do what they wish to make money with your content, even if it’s a “private” video.

Yes, youtube is down again, but the maintenance was scheduled… for 9pm PDT, and for a few hours.  Since I find that people searching for youtube being down end up on my blog, I just thought I’d let you all know it’s on purpose.

 Youtube’s down, with the cryptic message “ALL YOUR VIDEO ARE BELONG TO US.”

 Anyone know what’s up?

Youtube down again for scheduled maintenance beginning 9PM PDT on 22 June.
